Unless you are in pain. You leave with a written plan and decide in your own time.

One line — “I have not been in six years”, “I am terrified of the needle”, “I do not want to be told what I should have done differently” — changes how the whole appointment is run before you walk in. Nobody will comment on the gap. It is genuinely the most common thing we see.
